Need the dryer vent cleaned as it is a very unusual run. They were able to get it back to brand new as if it was the day it was installed. They also replaced the pump in my mini-split as it was a thumping. No more thumping and were a pleasure to inside my house. I have put them on speed dial. Will use again and again.
Our system is 80 tons, spread across 12 units. Court and his crew have a great work ethic and manage to keep everything running. Would recommend them strongly for any home or small church.

Outstanding service. Explained in detail the issue with water leaking into my living room due to A/C unit in attic space. This could have been prevented if the other compay I had performing regular maintenance had informed me that the switches were missing and required by code, to avoid this type of damage to my ceiling.As a woman homeowner, you count on contractors to know and do their job. But, not all are capable. You have to be vigilant.Michael, with Cool Breeze is the real deal. The ultimate professional. He explained the issue fully, how it shouldhave been prevented, but also how much worse it could have been if I was away.I finally found my HVAC specialist! Thank you Jesus.

After speaking with Michael, the technician, he seemed very knowledgeable and able to answer my questions. He was very good to inform me about his whereabouts, and when he would arrive and kept in constant contact. I plan to use them not only for my personal use, but also my business use as well. Our tech Kevin arrived and was very professional, friendly, polite and even made friends with our dog right away, which is not always easy! Kevin gave me the complete details of what he would be doing for me today. After completion I was informed of details and pictures were sent to me. I was able to set up my account on the website with ease while Kevin was here in case I had questions.The new website for Cool Breeze is excellent and was able to set up payment and contract without difficulty. Yearly contract is affordable and I would recommend it.I have used Cool Breeze for years and always appreciate the integrity they demonstrate every time they are here.GREAT COMPANY!
Cool Breeze saved the day. I noticed my house was warm walking out the door for work. Court arrived at my house 10 minutes after I got home from work. Had me up and running in no time. Did not go without AC at all!! 5 Starz!!!

Working with Court has been such a pleasure. Unfortunately, it is so hard to find a company who is honest and takes pride in their work. Cool Breeze easily checks all of these boxes. Court has been out to my home to give me estimates and has always been on time and a pleasure to work with. He has always taken the time to answer my many questions and trouble shoot any issues that I have. Court has a heart of gold and truly cares about his customers. I can’t recommend them enough!
I've used Cool Breeze for several home projects since buying my 1960s house a few years ago and have been very pleased with each one. When both my ancient AC unit and furnace died the first 6 months I was in the house, Court came out immediately and had me back up and running in a matter of hours. He was very honest that my AC unit was on its last legs and later showed me ways I could do some minor filter cleaning for the furnace to keep it up and running as long as possible without having to depend on (or paying) someone coming out to my house at all hours when its very old safety switches tripped.it's also been my long-time dream to live in a house with a fireplace, and last summer Court came out in the middle of August and September heat to install a gas line and top-quality gas fireplace for me in my previously cosmetic fireplace. Even though it doesn't get that cold here in the winters, I have thoroughly enjoyed it every time I've used it and have had zero issues with either warmth or functionality from the fireplace installation. It's unbelievably cozy!Finally, at the beginning of this summer, my AC unit finally gave up the permanent ghost, and aside from a minor dispatch issue where my call was not relayed until a few days later, once he knew of my issue Court immediately came out, quoted me a price $1,000 less than the competition wanted, and very clearly and honestly explained all of my choices on units before helping me make a choice and installing my new AC unit and furnace. He was here the next morning before 8 and worked all day to get me up and running so that by the time I got home from work that evening I finally had cold air blowing again. When he had to take down some existing shelves in my garage to fit the new (proper) unit configuration, he even carefully reshaped and rebuilt them after he was finished AND replaced all of my paint cans and tools on them exactly as they had been, which is above and beyond the call of any HVAC contractor I've worked with in the past. He also fixed a ton of poor ancient wiring and jerry-rigged electrical systems in the process, and he checked with me multiple times to make sure I was completely satisfied before calling the job finished and asking for even a single cent.I have been so pleased with every aspect of working with Court and Cool Breeze. His team has always been punctual, professional, and very honest about what did and did not need to be fixed, and I'm typing this review from the comfort of a very chilly house thanks to the AC he's had up and running for me since June. 🙂 I would wholeheartedly recommend Cool Breeze to anyone who needs HVAC assistance.
